I thought about making this salad for myself all week and, after a long walk with my partner on a cold, grey day, finally stopped at the store to get the ingredients. We ate it intently, quiet except to occasionally exclaim how amazing it was. Sometimes a salad just randomly sounds really good. This one just hit the spot in a luxurious and satisfying way.
