...i felt that
This was a therapeutic to read.
Thank you for sharing this delicious salad, I look forward to recreating it soon. I also find myself in a changing season of life, and your writing has been a soothing balm for my overwhelmed mind. I recently finished “No Mud, No Lotus” by Thich Nhat Hanh and felt inspired by his philosophy. There can be no triumph without struggle, no happiness without sadness. Take care, Ethaney 💕
Thank you for this beautiful writing and recipe this morning. My world, at the moment, is taking a toll on my practice of cooking, too. But this is inspiring me to make something slowly and deliberately. <3
the craving for a big hearty and acidic kale salad after a trip.... always always always. this sounds delicious, thank you!
I thought about making this salad for myself all week and, after a long walk with my partner on a cold, grey day, finally stopped at the store to get the ingredients. We ate it intently, quiet except to occasionally exclaim how amazing it was. Sometimes a salad just randomly sounds really good. This one just hit the spot in a luxurious and satisfying way.
